From a modest beginning an Institute should be grown into a fully furnished management Institute and should hold a distinguishing position of pride in the education system in India. The institute must strive to develop an innovative

academic environment through the synergy between faculty, students, industry and technology. The aim must be to build an effervescent community of managers, where faculty and students are cronies in a mutually inspirational education process, engrossed in learning. This learning process would lead to the inventions and then to discoveries. Management institute must actively seek to engage our adjacent associates from research and educational institutions, to contribute in the process of learning by sharing their proficiency and practices gained outside of the classroom. Apart from academic activities, the co-curricular activities, sports, adventure, cultural and social- service activities, form important parts of the life of the students.

Management colleges should believe in the same that students are mere replica of the institute and hence they need to be empowered embedded with motivation that will reflect in their actions. In common parlance a college must just learn for earning but management studies believes in imparting something different so do and provide them education not only for learning but for the lessons that will guide them throughout the life. It must motivate students not as a teacher but as a mentor that makes them to aim as high as they can, taught them to remain cool in adverse situation, tells them that time is as precious as their life, reflect before they act, keep an eye on world around so that they can keep themselves updating and above all push harder to achieve their goals of life.
