The purpose of the MBA program of best college in Indore is to create professional managers to work with organizations and partner with people for equitable socio-economic development of rural India. The participants go through a tough curriculum which should have a unique feature of placing them with development organizations. There should be a phase of active learning and the young minds should be molded and imbibe with the ethos of value based education during this period.

As in any teaching and research institution, an academically strong Faculty should be the backbone; where faculty members must engage in teaching and training to create a generation of professional managers committed to the mission of the college. The research and consultancy should be geared towards understanding the global context and finding solutions to the problems faced by the organizations and various sectors.

We need to expand the scale and scope of our programs, research and consulting to respond to this new context. B schools needs to position their program as a world class program in various Management specializations. It also needs to find genuine and real ways to fulfill the needs of stakeholder organizations that created it.
In order to achieve these endeavors and to create an academic ambience, the performance needs to be driven, just, and enabling academic excellence. With the help faculty members, staff, alumni and participants a B school can scale new heights and establish an institute as a knowledge institution.

A B-school must provide management teaching, support and research facilities to students committed to national and global development; in this process it should bring within its domain several co-operatives, non-government organizations, government development agencies, international development organizations and funding agencies.
